Brand photo-shoot in the Lake District - best-selling author and coach - Estelle Read

Meet Estelle - managing director of Beee, qualified coach, speaker, trainer and author of Amazon best seller, Inner Brilliance · Outer Shine: 10 Antidotes to Imposter Syndrome, Workaholism and Stress.  Estelle is so passionate about optimising leaders’ brilliance, helping them conquer imposter syndrome, anxiety and stress.

“I have coached and trained in excess of 10,000 people and have been in the HR industry for almost 30 years.  I also understand imposter syndrome, over-working, stress, anxiety and burnout from a personal perspective.  It’s my mission to help my clients and readers – to bring out their brilliance, because we all have the potential within us.”

This was the third time Estelle and I have worked together.  The Lake District is dear to both our hearts so when Estelle announced that she was relocating there I was so excited to shoot in such a beautiful part of the world.  This shoot was not only to update Estelle’s brand imagery but also to capture some of the metaphors that featured in her first book and will feature in her second.  The sun shone (amazing for the Lakes and this summer!) and we had so much fun.  From meditation by Lake Windermere to climbing up Kendal Fell in 24 degree heat(!) and everything in between - we did it all! 

Here’s what Estelle said after her shoot, “I have now had three photoshoots with Karina and she’s absolutely fabulous.  Our last shoot was huge.  Many outfits, props, and locations and she worked tirelessly to get the shots I needed.  Karina is always professional and seems to know how to encourage and capture the best expressions, (and I can be hard work when it comes to having my photo taken).  I trust her implicitly and can’t recommend her highly enough.”
