Meet Linda - independent estate agent extraordinaire, collector of hats, and proper Yorkshire lass (yes, she even has a whippet!)! Linda firmly believes that property should be personal and is so passionate about helping homeowners buy and sell property without the stress that usually comes with moving home.
“I began my career as an estate agent in 2010 when I was searching for my own home. It was at this point that I discovered my love for property, but I realised that most estate agencies just didn’t have that personal touch. That’s why I moved into independent estate agency, enabling me to work hand-in-hand with my clients throughout every step of their journey. I strongly believe in bringing the personal touch to property, and that’s exactly what to do. I act as a single point of contact, guiding you through every single step of the process. From the day that you get in touch until the day that you move into your new home, I’m there. Your move is my move, every step of the way.”
We spent a wonderful March day together, taking beautiful new photographs to grow Linda’s beautiful estate agency business. The key themes for Linda’s shoot were clear - approachable, transparent, understanding, communicative, personal, professional yet homely, down to earth, able to have a
laugh, personable, friendly, a dog lover, who’s always got her clients’ back and best interests at
heart. It was up to me to take inspiration from this and design a beautiful shoot to suit, while navigating all four seasons in one day (yes, even snow!). Linda radiates fun, warmth, glamour, straight-talking support.It was such a pleasure to step into her world and capture her energy on camera.
Here’s what Linda had to say about her shoot, “I can’t express how amazing this lady is! What a truly fantastic experience, from first contact through to the actual shoot Karina has been extremely informative and communicative. On the day, Caroline made me feel and look great, and all three of us had a brilliant day. I felt at ease, as if I were with a couple of friends. Then the photos, wow is all I can say! It was incredibly difficult to choose they were all so good, Karina captured exactly what I wanted to portray. I have already recommended Karina and would do so again in a heartbeat. Thank you 😊”
