Standing on the shore of Saligo Bay on the west coast of Islay, the waves of the Atlantic Ocean roared and crashed, sprayed and splashed, again and again... Stunning, mysterious, and utterly mesmerising. I feel so peaceful when stood by the ocean, there's something about the space (there's nothing between here and America!) and the surety of the waves rolling in and back out again with the tide that always helps put things into perspective.
